Woodlands was the perfect plot in which to build our client’s 2,500 square feet, detached home set in a quiet private lane with delightful countryside views. Being within metres of hundreds of acres of woodland provided wonderful opportunities for walking, cycling, running and riding.
We worked closely together with Becky, Matt and our architect to decide the internal layout and all the exterior materials and internal finishes. The result, a stunning, four bedroom, three bathroom detached home built with sympathetic materials blending beautifully into the existing surroundings. A great space for the family, with a beautifully designed hand painted kitchen, together with dining and bar areas and a double sided fire connecting the spacious family room with bi-folds across the whole of the rear to the garden and surrounding fields. With a separate formal drawing room, this is the perfect layout for a growing family.
