Finishes Package
We'll provide you with an outline of provisional costs based on your individual needs and desires. This is completely optional and includes really exciting interior finishes. We'll base this on your mood board or ideas book, and may include handleless kitchens with pull-out larders; islands with marble-effect worktops; oak, glass and steel staircases; large porcelain floor tiles that flow from the inside to outside; and bathrooms with spa-like finishing touches.
Phase Two Landscaping
We’ll supply hard and soft landscaping to create a beautiful and unique outside space. You may want a large limestone dining terrace overlooking the lawn or a stylish decking area that leads to an attractive water feature. Whatever it is you’re dreaming of, we can help make it happen. This is an optional package and not required as part of planning sign off.
