Having built their previous house five years ago, we were delighted when our clients, Stuart & Tracey chose us for this exciting project. Their brief and our goal was to work to a high quality finish, within a fixed price contract to suit their budget, with the build to be completed within a twelve month timescale.
Externally a mellow stock brick was chosen to complement the feature Portland stone Portico and window surrounds with a stunning arched feature window and beautiful Spanish slate roof tiles completing the look. Internally, the spacious and light Kitchen, Breakfast/Dining and Family room spans the whole width of the ground floor at the rear with a handmade Farrow & Ball painted kitchen, stunning roof lantern above the Dining area and two sets of large bi-fold doors overlooking the garden.
To the first floor, the Master Bedroom has great views to the rear garden, with a fully fitted Dressing Room and three further en-suite.
